Nathan Hetz

Nathan Hetz is a founder of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. Since November 1989, Mr. Hetz has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, director and principal shareholder. He currently serves on the board of Amot Investments Ltd., Equity One Inc., First Capital Realty Inc. and PSP Swiss Property AG. Mr. Hetz received a B.A. in accounting from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Yarom Ariav

Director
Mr. Yarom Ariav was appointed Director General of the Ministry of Finance in January 2007 and completed the term in November 2009. He was leading the Israeli economy through the recent financial crisis, a challenge which Israel impressively overcame, and was in charge of setting and implementing the Israeli macroeconomic policy. Mr. Ariav chaired the steering committee for joining Israel to the OECD, and he was a central figure in the Israeli administration. Prior to his work in government, he served as President & CEO of ICL Fertilizers Europe (ICLFE), the European operation of ICL Fertilizers- a segment of Israel Chemicals (ICL) Group (traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange). Mr. Ariav joined ICL in 1993 and served in numerous positions including ICL Representative in South America and Director at SQM company in Chile; Vice President Marketing, Rotem Amfert Company, Senior Vice President, Marketing, ICL Fertilizers, followed by President and CEO of ICLFE.

From 1984 to 1993 Mr. Ariav served the Government of Israel in several positions. At the Ministry of Energy he was Coordinator of Government Oil Policy. In 1985 Mr. Ariav joined the Ministry of Finance's Department of Budget. In that capacity, Mr. Ariav was directly responsible for the budgets of the Ministry of Industry & Trade, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Science. He was also involved in formulating Government initiatives such as strengthening the business sector, encouraging research and development, agricultural planning, defining regional policy and government commerce.

Mr. Ariav holds a B.A. and M.A. (cum laude) in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Itzhak Forer

Director
Itzhak Forer was Managing Partner (1979-2000) and Chairman (2000-2007) of Ernst & Young Israel, the largest auditing firm in Israel (1700 employees).

Ernst & Young Israel is a member practice of the Americas area at Ernst & Young Global.

Between 1987 and 1992, Itzhak Forer acted as member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Israel Oil Refineries. During 1990-1992, he served as member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Tadiran during its IPO in the U.S., and in 2008-2010 as a Board Member and Chairman of Israel Discount Bank's balance sheet committee.

In 2006, Forer received an award from the America-Israel Friendship League for his contribution and efforts to enhance the business relations with the U.S.
In 2010, Forer received the D&B Accountancy Excellence Award.

Acted, inter alia, as an external legal adviser of the Israeli Ministry of Communication. Former board member of Creator Ltd., WhiteSmoke Inc. and Transpid Ltd. and a current board member of Taboola.Com Ltd.. One of Taboola’s co-founders, which is an internet video recommendation startup company. Obtained a Law degree (LL.B.) and undergraduate studies in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). Studied (not completed) for a Doctorate degree at the Brussels University (Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB)).
