Nathan Hetz is a founder of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. Since November 1989, Mr. Hetz has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, director and principal shareholder. He currently serves on the board of Amot Investments Ltd., Equity One Inc., First Capital Realty Inc. and Ogen Real Estate Ltd. Mr. Hetz received a B.A. in accounting from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Moti Barzilay joined Alony Hetz in October 2005, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in financing, corporate and strategic consulting, M&A, capital raising, privatization, LBOs, and valuation. Prior to joining Alony Hetz, he was a partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he held positions such as co-director of the corporate finance practice and deputy manager of the consulting group in Israel. Mr. Barzilay currently serves on the board of Amot Investments Ltd. Mr. Barzilay received an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Accounting, both from Tel-Aviv University. He is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Varda Levy has served as Chief Financial Officer since 1994, directing and supervising the company’s financial reporting, treasury operations and cash management. In addition, Ms. Levy serves on the boards of Amot Investments Ltd. & Ogen Real Estate Ltd. Prior to joining Alony Hetz, Ms. Levy was with the CPA firm Almagor & Co. for eight years, where she was a Senior Audit Manager. In that capacity, she managed teams of 15 auditors, and was responsible for auditing and reviewing financial and registration statements in connection with the public offerings of medium-sized and large companies. Ms. Levy has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and the United States.
