Carr Properties is a real estate investment company focused on creating value for our shareholders through new acquisitions, development and property management opportunities in the greater Washington area and Boston. The company has interests in over $3.9 billion of commercial office properties and $ 1.8 billion of development properties including 13 existing office properties, and 3 major development properties.

Alony Hetz invested in a co-transaction with Oxford Properties LTD in 3 office buildings in the CBD of Boston.

BROCKTON – UK

Brockton Capital invests in the UK via 3 private real estate funds. The value of real estate under management of the three funds totals £1.3 billion with an equity value of £500 million.

BROCKTON EVERLAST – LONDON

Brockton Everlast is a real estate investment company formed in 2018 focusing on the office sector in the London Metropolitan area. Since its inception, it has acquired 7 office buildings in central locations in London, Oxford and Cambridge with a total investment of £807 million.

ENERGIX GROUP – ISRAEL

Energix is a leading player in the Israeli renewable energy sector. The company owns & operates 402 MWP of PV systems and wind farms in Israel, US and Poland. The company is also developing 520 MWP of solar and wind farms in Israel, 480 MWP solar farms in the US and another 180MW of wind farms in Poland.
