ToHa TLV is a spectacular project in one of the busiest junctions in Tel Aviv, at the corners of Derech HaShalom, Yigal Alon and Totzeret Haaretz. The first phase was completed in 2018 – a spectacular 26-story building with a total area of 55,000 sqm, with a roof-top offering restaurants, a promenade and a garden. The building’s unique shape, reminiscent of an iceberg, is a creation of the designer and architect Ron Arad. The large 17-dunam area surrounding the building is designed as a green park, offering tenants well-groomed gardens and leisure areas.
The second phase of the project, will be a 160,000 sqm skyscraper with over 75 floors. Upon completion the building will be one of the tallest and iconic buildings in Tel Aviv.
ToHa project located in the heart of Tel Aviv on Derech Hashalom – Yigal Alon Junction
and provides 53 thousand square meters above ground according to existing urban zoning plan. in Additional Amot and its partners are working to advance
rights in the zoning plan for an additional 130 thousand square meters above ground, 2,000 parking spots, as well as zoning approval for offices, retail, residential and hotel usage.
